Pick up from Bellary Airport, Railway Station, Bus Stand and departure to Hampi. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. After fresh ups, proceed to visit Kishkindha near Hampi. The place is prominent as per the epic of Ramayana, where Lord Rama along with his brother Lakshmana approached Sugreeva at Kishkindha, seeking help to trace Sita. Here we will visit the famous Lord Hanuman temple on a hill top. Later visit Tungabhadra Dam. In the evening back to hotel.
After breakfast proceed to local sightseeing in and around Hampi covering the places: Virupaksha Swamy Temple, Museum, Vijaya Vittala Temple, Mahanavami Dibba, Narasimha Swamy Temple, Hazara Rama Temple, Royal Palace, Raghunath Temple etc. Overnight stay at hotel.
After early breakfast, proceed to Aihole A peaceful village on the banks of the Malaprabha river, Aihole is acclaimed as the cradle of Hindu temple of architecture. Among hundreds of temples, the most impressive one is the Durga temple with its semicircular apse, elevated plinth and the gallery encircling the sanctum. Lord Shiva Temple, Kontigudi temples etc., then proceed to Pattadakal. With its beautifully chiseled temples, this World Heritage site lies on the banks of Malaprabha river and bears testimony to the richness of Chalukyan Architecture. Worth visiting are the 8th century temples of Jambu Linga, Kada Siddeshvara and Galaganatha with their curvilinear sikharas or spires. Later proceed to Badami picturesquely situated at the mouth of a ravine between two rock hills, the exquisite sculptures and the Red Sand stone cliffs of Badami tell many a tale of yore. Visit Cave temples, Badami Fort, Agastya lake and Tippu's Fort. Transfer to a hotel.
After breakfast, check out the hotel and then depart back to Bellary & transfer to Airport / Railway Station for return journey.
